Flamingo in the Garden is a 13-minute original animated short film built through full-process production, featuring highly detailed background design, layered visual storytelling, and custom sound work. As the animation lead and production hub, our studio coordinated over 100 artists and illustrators across multiple time zones, ensuring a unified aesthetic across character animation, environment design, and visual tone.
The film’s rich and surreal environments required intensive planning, with custom pipelines developed to maintain consistency across complex scene compositions. Our team handled every phase — from concept development and visual scripting to layout, cleanup, compositing, and post-production. We also led the creation of an original score and sound design, carefully syncing emotion, rhythm, and timing to the visual narrative.
